PRIVACY POLICY

SIA RL has taken on the responsibility to protect clients' privacy. In accordance with this, we have prepared privacy policy principles that apply to the acquisition, use, publication, transfer and storage of customers' personal data.

1. Acquisition and use of personal data

Personal data shall be deemed to be information obtained from the SIA RL with the consent of the person in order to fulfil the provisions of the entered into contract or to contact such person in the future. 

The acquisition of permanent customers' personal data may take place as follows:

  • providing contact information (including your name, personal identity number, postal address, telephone number, email address, preferred means of communication) on our website;
  • making purchases or placing orders in our webshop, providing contact information, or keeping missing messages to indicate the preferred way to make a purchase.
When shopping in the SIA RL e-shop, all personal data of the customer are confidential information, except in the cases specified in the legislation. If necessary for the delivery of the goods, the following information shall be provided to the courier: the name, address and telephone number of the customer. A coded data transmission channel provides security for the customer's personal data and bank properties.

2. Get other news


We also collect anonymous messages, that is, messages that are not relevant to a particular person (gender, age, predominant language, location) and do not allow it to be identified directly or indirectly. This news is collected and used so we can provide customers with information about what goods, services and sections attract the most interest.


3. Security

All customer personal data that came to the attention of SIA RL during the web shop visit and when making purchases therein shall be treated as confidential information. The encrypted channel for transferring data between banks ensures the security of the buyer's personal data and bank properties.
In order to protect the interests of the customer, we shall ensure that:

  • fair and lawful processing of personal data;
  • processing of personal data only in accordance with that purpose and to the extent necessary;
  • the type of storage of personal data enabling the customer to be identified at any given time which does not exceed the period initially specified for the purposes of processing the data;
  • accurate processing of personal data and their timely updating, rectification or deletion where personal data are incomplete or inaccurate.

The Customer shall have the right to reasonably require that his or her personal data be supplemented, rectified, and that the processing of personal data be terminated or that the data be erased if they are obsolete, incomplete, false, unlawfully processed or no longer fit for the purpose of processing the data originally referred to.
